Not only do they help improve balance and agility, but they also help to sculpt and tone the back of the legs. Regularly doing hamstring curls can help create muscular, better-looking legs with definition and strength.

4. Running

Running is an excellent exercise for toning and strengthening your leg muscles, and it can be done at the convenience of your own home, park, or even beach. Interval running involves alternating sprints and jogs and is one of the most effective running exercises to get toned legs.

Fartleks, or speed play, is another option involving running for a certain period and alternating between jogging and sprinting at a high intensity for short bursts.

5. Swimming

Swimming is a great way to tone your legs and give them shape. You can do specific exercises in the water to get your legs toned and lifted. For example, alternating between walking and running in the pool with high knees is an excellent exercise for toning your legs.

For a toned body, consider Brazilian butt lift surgery. This procedure is popularly used to reduce fat and tighten the skin in the glutes and legs, giving them a lifted, toned appearance.
