WHAT I WORE: SUNDAY DRESS

I'm pretty sure wearing an aqua skirt and a purple cardigan is my new favorite thing.

After finding my red pleated skirt at my local thrift store, I've been NEEDING some new colors! I've kept an open eye, but never could find more that I loved just as much as my red one. Luckily, I found this baby at this cute etsy shop! I seriously love it!

Busy with lots of orders, emails to answer, stuff to fix... plus I'm starting physical therapy and I'm helping with a community play...

I'm trying not to stress.

So, my little sister was helping me take some new product pictures.

We got a little distracted giggling and being silly, but we did end up getting some decent pictures...

{Yes, my cast matches my toes and my shoe, and yes, my cast falling apart. Haha}

I love my rosette necklaces!

My little sister is extremely good looking.

Such a beautiful girl, inside and out.

The cute puppy is my older sister's puppy.

That cute headband is my *NEW* rosette headband design.

Her outfit is ALL thrifted.

That's right. She's my vintage lovin' buddy.

At this moment, I would like to tell my little sister some annoying older sister words and stuffs.

Dear Nicole,

I've always looked up to you.

You are strong, faithful, determined, beautiful and caring.

You care so much for people, and trust me, that is never a bad thing. You are blessed with such an awesome heart. Don't let people bring you down, you are amazing and strong. 

I know you are going through a lot of life right now, you are at the time when you are making very important decisions, and what happens in your life now, will effect you for the rest of your life.

I just want you to know, that I'm proud of you.

The girl I know you to be, is someone I hope to become like someday.

You care so much for your friends, and you want to help everyone you meet.

You are so trusting and honest. Traits which are rare.

I hope you know I am here for you, no matter what.

I would do anything for you.

You are my little sister, my best friend, and my hero.

You can do this.

Now, you may have noticed something different about me...

I chopped my hair!

I was sitting at work, reading "The Shine Project" on my phone, and I thought to myself,

"Man, Ashley is seriously amazing. She gives so much of herself, in big and small ways."

So, I was trying to think of something I could do to make a difference to someone that day...

I know! I'll donate my hair!

I know it's not chaning the world or anything, but I thought there would be one person out there who would appreciate it, and is in need of my hair more than I am.

I had donated my hair a few years ago, and felt all warm and fuzzy inside.

I decided it would be a good idea.

I tweeted about it, but I didn't tell anyone I was real life friends with, because I figured they would just talk me out of it...

Ha.

So, I chopped it.

I love it.

It's way weird. But, I love it.

It's a lot shorter than I'm use to, but I think it will be a good change, and I hope someone out there is needing some red hair...
